About us

Made To Love

Van’s Kitchen has been making America’s favorite egg roll now for over 35 years, but to us, it’s about more than just crafting a delicious snack or meal enjoyed with family. We strive not only to make every bite the best one through our products, but to empower outsiders, underdogs, and the “least of these” to rise up, conquer challenges and fulfill their dreams. That is our Purpose here at Van’s Kitchen, and we hope to fulfill it every day through interactions with our employees, our clients and our customers.

Cooking Tips and Tricks

Made to be one part easy and two parts yummy, all of our tips and tricks were created with convenience in mind!

Preparing:
  • Keep oil at 350˚F when frying – If the temperature drops too low, the egg rolls soak up more oil. If it’s too hot, they will darken too quickly.
  • Too much oil could change color
  • Fry in Batches – adding too many rolls at once will drop the temperature of the oil.
Serving:
  • Once cooked, place egg rolls in a warmer and hold at 165 degrees
  • Serve warm as an appetizer, snack or meal.
